 PUR熱熔膠復合機特點:

1、所用PUR熱熔膠不含溶劑，是理想的綠色環保膠水；
2、制品無殘存溶劑，生產無污染排放問題，節省能源，占地面積小；
3、復合的過程濕固反應，不可逆，粘合牢固耐水洗牢度好；
4、PUR熱熔膠不含水和溶劑，無需烘干，復合速度快；
5、粘性強，用膠量省，節省成本；
6、復合過程全聯動控制，基材無拉伸，質輕柔軟，手感好；
7、熱源為油熱，加熱快，熱量均勻；
8、熔膠系統獨立出來，熔膠充分速度快；

操作要求：

操作者只有在完全熟悉，掌握機器的性能，工作原理后方可操作本設備。本設備必須有專人操作，非操作人員不能亂開，亂動。
生產前應檢查電纜、斷路器、接觸器、電機等電器是否符合要求。
生產前須檢查三相電源是否均衡，嚴禁缺相啟動設備。
生產期應檢查各旋轉接頭是否安全，管路是否暢通，有無破損，漏油，并及時排除。
生產前須將熱油機打開，待溫度升至工藝要求溫度后，方可生產。生產前應檢查各氣壓表壓力是否正常，氣路有無漏氣，并及時修復.
設備大批量生產前，應先做小量試驗，成功后方可大批生產。
生產前，應檢查各液壓站、減速機、軸承瓦盒、絲杠等潤滑情況，應正確及時的加注液壓油和潤滑油。
停機后，必須及時清洗膠槽及刮膠附件，網紋輥，清除機器各部分殘膠及污垢，以備下次使用。
