產品簡介:
本設備是鋁合金輪轂、氣缸、閥蓋、活塞等汽車零部件制造行業熱處理批量生產的理想設備。生產線由固溶爐、時效爐、淬火機構及淬火水槽組成,排布呈字型或“U型。
Purpose:
Mainly used in solution and aging teatment of auto parts & components such as aluminum alloy castings,stampings, automobile hub, piston and cylinder jacket and cover, the production line is composed of solution furnace, aging furnace, quenching mechanism and water quenching tank,which are arranged in a line or “U"shape.
Features:
Charging basket transmission is under bottom roller bance operation mode;trough-beam?optoelectronic switch is adopted for
material level confirmation; furnace door is designed with cylinder?hoisting mechanism or motor-driven hoisting mechanism.
