近期有報道稱，中國面板制造商華星光電已經向日本蒸鍍設備制造商Canon Tokki提交訂單，欲購置相關設備補充到旗下第6代柔性OLED面板工廠T4中。據建造規劃，位于武漢的華星T4生產線將在2019年投入量產，屆時華星光電在全球柔性OLED面板制造上的排名將進一步加強。

華星光電T4產線于2017年6余額在武漢光谷智能制造產業園開工，是中國第一條主攻可折疊柔性面板的產線。作為中國面板制造行業中的龍頭之一，華星光電雖然產能規模不敵京東方，但是在產能利用率和獲利能力上卻可完勝，這兩項指標甚至可以笑傲全球，就連韓國三星和LGD都無法比肩。

  在肩負未來顯示趨勢的柔性OLED面板領域，華星光電的T4在投產后，也會為產業格局帶來變化，據IHS預計，到2020年，華星在全球的份額可達5%，為第五大。前面還有三星Display的52%，京東方15%，LGD 11%和中國天馬的6%。

一、二手舊機械設備進口原因如下：

1）工業發達國家的有些企業,或因競爭需要而加快設備更新;或因相互兼并而調整產品結構;或者經營不善而停業倒閉,總有一些設備被淘汰或閑置,源源不斷地進入流通領域,形成國際二手設備市場。

2）是一些資本雄厚、競爭能力強的跨國公司,為加快產品更新,占領市場,一般在設備使用5～7年(zui多10年)之后就要更新。

3）這些設備價格較便宜,大體只相當新設備價格的1/3～1/5。我國企業正是利用這些條件,從國際市場上選購技術比較先進適用、價格低廉的設備,來緩解外匯緊缺的困難,并可縮短建設周期。

二、進口二手設備的手續如何？

1、貿易方式：目前國內采用zui多的國際貿易條款有3種：EXW、FOB、CIF。不同貿易方式，進口商承擔的責任不一樣。EXW貿易條款進口商需要負責國外上門提貨，國外清關，海運，國內清關；FOB貿易條款進口商需要負責海運及國內清關；而CIF貿易條款進口商只需要負責國內清關。

2. 確定舊機電的商品編碼。所有商品只對應一個商品編碼。還可在年度 " 海關稅則手冊 " 中查詢。不得利用不同編碼逃避關稅和國家的管理與監督，注意：商品編碼必需符合國家要求的正確確定。否則承擔相應的法律責任 ! 查詢要進口的舊設備監管條件代碼。如 "O" 代表自動進口許可證。

6.確定該商品的有關備案商檢機關。局部產品的備案權在國家質監總局。如屬于國家質監總局管理的產品。料理擬備案工作聯系單和備案證書。

 6. Determine the goods related to the record inspection authorities. The record rights of local products in the State Administration of Quality Supervision. Such as belonging to the State Administration of Quality Supervision management of products. Prepared for the preparation of the work contact sheet and the record certificate.
